We’re 75 and celebrating!

It’s Albert Bartlett’s big anniversary and we’re celebrating in style. For the last 75 years, we’ve been working with farmers to produce the tastiest potatoes possible. Making mealtimes showtime for families around the UK with our fresh, frozen, and chilled delights.

For the last 75 years, we’ve been providing the freshest, most delicious potatoes for your family meals and special occasions. We looked back to our beginnings, out in 1948 when Albert Bartlett invested £30 in an old water boiler and cast-iron bath to begin a beetroot-boiling operation in Coatbridge, selling his goods at the Glasgow Fruit Market. We have come a long way from our bath tub beetroot and now have over 1,100 employees across the UK, a state of the art chilled factory attached to our fresh factory in Airdrie and operate our frozen factory in Westwick, England.
