Wash but don’t peel the Butter Gold potatoes. Spiralise according to your machine directions.
Pop the spiralised potatoes into a large saucepan of boiling water and par-boil for just 5 minutes.
Drain and rinse to wash away all the starch.
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
Spread the drained potatoes out onto a large baking tray and spray with a little oil. Not much needed!
Now sprinkle with the black pepper and smoked paprika.
Pop in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, moving around regularly to ensure that all the potatoes become brown and crispy.
For this recipe you’ll need a spiraliser. These are available at most high street cookware stores and are inexpensive but super useful!
