Rooster Spicy Party Wedges

Spicy wedges by Sally Bee, perfect for the party season!

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.

  2. Wash potatoes then cut each into 8 large wedges.

  3. Transfer to a bowl with cajun seasoning, dried oregano, pinch of sea salt and olive oil. Stir to evenly coat the potatoes.

  4. Place onto a baking tray and cook for 50-60 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
