Cut up your potatoes, cover in chip seasoning and airfry for 20 minutes at 180° until crisp.
While these are cooking, in a pan fry your chicken and bacon in garlic and bbq seasoning until browned then add the onions and cook for a few mins more.
Then add the bbq sauce, tomato purée and about 50ml water. Give it all a stir and reduce for a few minutes until thickened.
Take out your chips and put them into a dish, top with the chicken mixture, cheese spread and mozzarella.
Grill for a few minutes until the cheese melts that’s it!
