Mix all the ingredients, apart from potatoes, in a food processor to make a paste.
Marinate your chosen meat for up to two hours before cooking.
Preheat oven to 220 °C / Gas Mark 7.
Prick potatoes with a fork and place directly on to oven shelf and bake for 60 - 80 minutes.
Once the potatoes and meat have finished cooking, serve both with green salad and a dollop of low fat crème fraiche.
