Peel and slice the potatoes into thin chip shapes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add a little oil/spray. Either cook these in an air fryer for 35/40 minutes or in the oven on 190c.
When done, add some of the meats along with slices of the mozzarella.
Under the grill to melt the mozzarella.
When melted, add more meat and the basil.
