Cook the Albert Bartlett Hash Browns at 200c for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
Once they are done, get the oil nice and hot in a wok and add in the onion and pepper, stir frying for a couple of minutes.
Stir in the garlic shortly followed by the chillies.
After another minute, add in the 5 spice, pepper & salt then crumble in ½ a chicken stock cube.
Add the hash browns to the wok, stir fry for another minute then serve.
