Preheat your Murphy Richards air fryer to 200°C.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Toss until the fries are well-coated
Place the sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
Remove from the air fryer, let them cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.
