Our Highland carrots are grown by Philip Benzie in Aberdeenshire & Moray. Philip has grown a mix of potatoes for us since 1994, and we’re delighted that he is now producing our carrots as well. The quality shines through in every bite, and those long Scottish summer days really boost the flavour. When the time is right, each carrot is washed, graded and packed on the family’s farm, using wind power generated by the generous highland breeze, ready for you to enjoy. And why not enjoy them in different ways? Try honey roast carrots, a delicious carrot soup, or of course a carrot cake. Carrots pack a punch when it comes to vitamin A, potassium and antioxidants – so they are perfect as a guilt-free snack with your favourite dip, or chopped into batons and enjoyed on the go!
