As well as potatoes, Stephen and his mother Shirley grow wheat, oats, sugar beet, peas and oil seed rape from their farm in Lincolnshire.
They carefully manage ditches and surrounding wildlife on the farm, and tailor cultivations and operations around this. They are approved Natures Choice suppliers and will be drilling bumblebee mix this coming spring.
Outside of farming, Stephen trialled for the Welsh Under 16 Rugby Squad.
