Osprey
From Noranbank Farm in Forfar, James Baillie grows potatoes, distilling wheat, malting barley and vining peas. Grass, silage and hay are also grown to help feed the beef cattle which are housed on his own straw during the winter. His family of farmers believes it is important to attract different forms of wildlife which are beneficial to the crops. Their pond, wetland areas, grass margins and hedgerows encourage wildlife to flourish in these suitable habitats.
