The Hamiltons family-run business farms in East Lothian, growing 750 acres of potatoes each year. They also grow spring barley and winter wheat, and have been Natures Choice Gold Medalists for eight consecutive years.
They currently take part in East Lothian Council’s kerbside collection for recycling and run 18 lorries from their skip hire yard outside of Edinburgh. The business is currently working towards its ISO 14001, which is a nationally recognised environmental operating standard.
