Have our acrobats inspired you to do your own spud-tacular tricks? Have our opera singers left your ears ringing with the sounds of potato?
Well, we want to see people around the country do the Albert Bartlett! So we’re challenging you to create a reel using our soundtrack on Instagram.
Entrants will have the chance to win an incredible stay in London to meet Michel Roux Jr for dinner at his Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Gavroche.
1. Grab a bag of Albert Bartlett spuds.
2. On Instagram create a reel and select our audio found on any of our PO-TA-TO challenge reels.
3. Reel part 1: Holding up the potato, bring it close to the camera until the screen turns black. Stop your reel here.
4. Reel part 2: Start the second half of your reel in blackness again, with the potato against the camera where you ended the above. When you pull the potato away show your big reveal. This shouldn’t be limited to just creating a delicious dish. If you’re a crafter, think tiny little knitted hats, or if you’re a makeup artist we want to see a dolled-up potato. It really is as creative as you want to make it!
5. Now it’s time to post your reel on Instagram! Make sure to post your reel as a grid video, tag us @albert_bartlett and include #dotheextraordinary to enter.
