Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic person capable of leading a small but committed team which is farming 100 hectares across mid Lincolnshire. Reporting into the Head of Farming and Procurement Manager daily the role will include – but not be limited to – the management of the full Lincolnshire enterprise from field selection, primary cultivations, planting, irrigation and harvest through to storage, health and safety and machinery maintenance. You will also have the responsibility of the seed potato grading and supply chain operation supplying seed to the company’s English grower group.
