‘Do The Albert Bartlett At Home’ with Michel Roux Jr.
Right now, staying connected to friends and family is more important than ever. Virtual pub quizzes are fun, but we’re hungry for something new! So, last weekend we invited three UK Foodie Influencers to challenge a group of their friends or family to a Lock-In Cook-off using Albert Bartlett potatoes. As a surprise, we invited our very own Michelin starred brand ambassador Chef, Michel Roux Jr to ‘Zoom’ into each party to score their efforts.

The three Influencers, Kitchenwithcumbers, MyFussyEater and Foodiequine, each provided their guests with recipe inspiration and shopping lists to cook the same Albert Bartlett potato dish for Sunday lunch. Whilst they prepared to sit down to score and enjoy their dishes together, Michel popped in! After some dinner party chit-chat, he asked each guest to present their dish and take a bite to describe the aroma, taste and texture. Each dish was judged on presentation, taste and overall effort and given a final mark out of 10, before Michel announced the winner – each of whom scored a perfect 10.
