He worked with Andrew Fairlie for 26 years before he sadly passed in 2019, initially at One Devonshire Gardens and he then joined Restaurant Andrew Fairlie as a sous chef in 2001 when it first opened. Stevie is a true success story, having progressed through the ranks – and has held his current position of head chef since 2006.
Stevie has been a close partner with the business for many years, supporting us by creating extraordinary potato dishes and hosting exciting cooking shows for us. He believes in the brand and the quality of Albert Bartlett, which is shown by him cooking only Albert Bartlett potatoes in his dishes at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie.
“Everything that comes into the kitchen has to be perfect.”
Michel Roux Jr’s love of good food and haute cuisine is matched by his passion for quality ingredients, which makes us doubly proud to have him as an ambassador.
One of the greatest chefs of his generation, Andrew passed away in early 2019 following a long battle with illness and he will, of course, be hugely missed. We continue to support the legacy he left behind, supplying potatoes to the world famous, Gleneagles based restaurant carrying his name.
