How to Enter: To Enter purchase any qualifying product of Albert Bartlett Potatoes from any Sainsbury’s in the United Kingdom OR complete the free entry form (Albert Bartlett x SpudBros Competition). The entry must fulfil all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Albert Bartlett.

6. Entry Conditions: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, nor for network failure or delay. No automated, third party or bulk entries are permitted. Multiple entries in breach of this provision will result in those entries being disqualified. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to suspect that such means are being used to circumvent this condition, then it may require the entrant to prove that such means were not used. If the Promoter becomes aware of an entrant using means to circumvent this condition, then these entries will be disqualified. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded. In all aspects of this promotion, the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the promotion period. One itemised receipt per entry must state the date and time of purchase, which must be within the promotional period OR proof of online entry form within the promotional period. No person may win more than 1 prize.

7. Prizes: There will be 50 winners, each of which will win one set of tickets (2x Adult, 2x U14 Tickets equal one set). Please note, prizes may be subject to availability.

8. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable. In the event for any reason that a prize winner does not take any element of their prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. If due to unforeseen circumstances a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. 9. Winner Selection and Notification: First come first served. First fifty winners to prove entry requirements have been met, will receive tickets from SpudBros at Preston Flag Market. Address: SpudBros, Flag Market, Cheapside, Preston PR1 2AP. This will be open on 30/04/2026 at 11:30 UK time and closes 15:30 UK time or until all prizes have been claimed. All winners must hold an address in Mainland UK. Name, proof of age and address will be required to receive prize. The name and county of the winner may be obtained by sending an SAR to: Albert Bartlett, 251 Stirling Road, Airdrie, North Lanarkshire ML6 7SP 10 working days after the closing date.

Rights Granted by You: By entering, you understand and agree that Albert Bartlett and SpudBros, anyone acting on behalf of Albert Bartlett and SpudBros, and its licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry, name, likeness, and statements about the giveaway for promotional purposes without further compensation.
