A BRAND NEW CAMPAIGN FOR A BRAND NEW BAG
December 16th saw the unveiling of the TV ad for our new campaign – “Grab a brand new bag.” The execution focuses on the fun and shared emotion of cooking together and the versatility of Albert Bartlett potatoes.
In addition, at Albert Bartlett we are committed to reducing our environmental impact in any way we can and our “Grab a brand new bag” campaign features our brand new packaging for our 2kg bags of Rooster and Elfe Potatoes.
Our new thinner packaging uses 20% less plastic and can also be recycled with shopping bags at larger stores.
The plastic we will save from this in a year would produce enough bags to stretch from Edinburgh to Milan!
This is all part of our continuous environmental improvement programme, and throughout 2020 we will continue to develop this further, we aim to have thinner plastic packaging for all of our suitable products.
Not only does our new campaign focus on doing more for the environment, but it also aims to bring back the fun to cooking.
Featuring the funky tones of James Brown’s classic, “Papa’s got a brand new bag” the ad features a father-daughter duo who cook various dishes featuring Albert Bartlett’s delicious potatoes while dancing and having fun doing it together.
This is a brand new twist on traditional Albert Bartlett ads which hopes to bring feel-good vibes to our customers, through family fun in the kitchen!
