Jersey Royal Kebabs

Try these on the BBQ for a healthy summer meal!

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Skewer the potatoes and broccoli alternately on a wooden or metal skewer.

  2. Add the potato and broccoli skewers to a frying pan and sprinkle the olive oil, paprika and chilli flakes on both sides of the kebabs. Then add a tiny amount of butter.

  3. Fry the kebabs for around three minutes on either side.

  4. For a great summer treat, you can also cook them on the barbeque. Delicious!

1 pack Jersey Royals (par boiled)
1 pack broccoli (par boiled)
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp dried chilli flakes
1oz butter
olive oil
black pepper
