Foil wrapped BBQ Albert Bartlett Rooster Potatoes

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Without peeling, put the potatoes in a large saucepan of cold water and bring to the boil. Once boiling, cook for 5 mins until slightly tender.

  2. Drain and leave to steam-dry for 2 mins.

  3. Transfer to a large sheet of foil, coat in the olive oil and season with a little salt and lots of pepper. Wrap into parcels.

  4. Cook on the barbecue for 20-25 mins, turning once or twice.

  5. Check they are cooked by inserting a skewer into one of the potatoes.
