Bake your Albert Bartlett Rooster potatoes at 200°C for 50-60 minutes until the skin is crispy and the inside flesh, when squeezed, is soft.
Once cooked, remove from the oven, and cut a ‘lid’ off the top of the potato. Scoop out 2/3 of the interior fluffy potato from each one and mix it in a bowl, along with the avocado.
Return this mix to the hollowed out potato skins and top with a few cooked asparagus spears.
Cut a heart shape out of the ‘lids’ you removed earlier and pop them back on the top of the potato boats.
Avocado: The fruit contains vitamin B6, which is said to increase male hormone production and potassium, which aids in regulating the female thyroid gland. By a happy coincidence, the Aztecs called the avocado tree a “testicle tree” because the fruit hangs in pairs on the tree.
Asparagus: This vegetable has more to offer than its suggestive shape. It contains vitamin E, believed to stimulate hormones which may (or may not!) increase sexual powers.
Albert Bartlett Rooster potato: An excellent source of good carbohydrate to provide lasting energy release – for that long romantic walk…
