Jersey Royals
Tony Frazier has been a grower of early Jersey Royals from the West of the island since 1979, seeding from November and lifting in March each year. Ploughing, planting and digging is all proudly done by hand on the farm, which Tony believes helps nurture truly genuine and quality potatoes. As a grower not born on Jersey, he also sees this as a chance to attach himself to part of the island’s unique heritage.
