We're delighted to post up the winning recipe of the UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year. Proudly won by the team from 'Stoke by Nayland Hotel', the recipe features a Cutlet and Loin of “Nedging Lamb”, Ras el Hanout Beluga Lentils & Rooster Potatoes, Garlic and Onion Seed Kebab, Lamb and Pomegranate Courgette Flower, Carrot and Cumin Puree, Lamb Fat Gravy.
